Fees are due on the first day of every month. Please refer to your payment schedule provided by Apex Property Services. Late fees may apply if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.

Fees cover operational expenses (utility bills, cleaning, insurance), maintenance (repairs, gardening), and contributions to the Strata's Contingency Reserve Fund (CRF) for future large-scale projects.
You must submit an Amenity Booking Request Form (found under Documents & Forms). Reservations are confirmed by the Strata Manager via email and will appear on the Community Calendar.
All moves (in and out) must be scheduled with the Property Manager at least 48 hours in advance. A refundable deposit is required, and moves are only permitted Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Yes, subject to the Strata Bylaws. Owners must submit a Pet Registration Form to the Strata Manager. There is a limit of two (2) domestic pets per unit.
Garbage and recycling collection occurs every Monday and Thursday morning. Please place your labeled bins in the designated trash room no earlier than 6:00 PM the evening prior.
Owners are generally responsible for everything inside their unit walls, including appliances, fixtures, and interior non-common-area plumbing. The Strata is responsible for common property.
Use the Service Request Form on the designated page for non-emergency issues like burnt lights or minor repairs. Do not call the emergency line.
